These terms apply to your use of The Colouring Trinket website and to any order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The Colouring Trinket (ABN 87 967 741 409) is a small Australian business based in New South Wales. You can reach us at nicole@thecolouringtrinket.com or through our contact page.

Products, orders and payment

The Colouring Trinket colouring books are made to order and handmade in-house: printed, trimmed and bound by hand on high-quality cardstock. Because they are handmade, small natural variations between books are normal and are part of their charm. I take care to describe and photograph all products accurately, though colours may appear slightly different from one screen to another. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), and The Colouring Trinket may update prices and product details at any time. Once your order is confirmed, I will make and dispatch it in line with our Shipping and Returns page. The Colouring Trinket may cancel or decline an order if a product is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we are unable to fulfil it, and if we cancel an order you have already paid for you will be refunded in full. Payment is handled securely through The Colouring Trinket’s website’s payment provider at checkout, and I do not see or store your full payment card details.

Your order also comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, as set out on our Shipping and Returns page.

Using our content and other terms

The artwork in The Colouring Trinket colouring books is created by independent artists and is used under licence, with their permission. The artists keep the copyright in their work, and The Colouring Trinket books are sold for your personal colouring enjoyment only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or distribute the artwork or any part of these books, and you may not reuse The Colouring Trinket website content, logos or images, without written permission. Please use our website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with it, misuse it, or disrupt other people’s use of it.

To the extent permitted by law, and apart from the consumer guarantees and rights described above, we are not liable for any indirect or unexpected loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
