Shipping and returns
All of The Colouring Trinket colouring books are made to order. I aim to make and dispatch your order within 3 to 7 business days. During busy periods this can take a little longer.
Dispatch and delivery
I ship with Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking, so you can follow it on its way.
Delivery timeframes are set by Australia Post and can vary, especially during busy periods. Once your order is with them, delivery is out of our hands.
New Zealand
The Colouring Trinket ships to New Zealand as well as Australia! New Zealand postage is a flat rate based on how many books are in your order:

Prices are in Australian dollars. If you would like more than 7 books, please email me at nicole@thecolouringtrinket.com before you order and I will work out the postage with you.
Any customs charges, duties or taxes are set by New Zealand rather than by The Colouring Trinket, and are paid by the person receiving the order.

Returns and exchanges
Because every book is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and check your order before you complete your purchase.
All books are handmade
Every book is printed, trimmed and bound by hand, by Nicole, from home. Because of this, small natural variations are part of what makes each book unique, and they are not considered faults. These can include slight differences in trimming or edges, small variations in binding or spiral alignment, and minor differences in colour or finish between books or from what you see on screen.
By placing an order, you understand and accept that these small handmade variations are normal and to be expected.
This does not affect your rights if something is genuinely wrong with your order.
If something is wrong with your order
Your order is covered by the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
A genuine fault is something that affects how you can use the book, such as missing or duplicated pages, pages bound in the wrong order, printing that is unreadable, or damage in transit.
If there is a problem, please contact me at nicole@thecolouringtrinket.com, or through the contact page within 7 days of your order arriving. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will look into it and work out the best solution with you.
Damaged in transit
If your order is damaged in the post, please keep the packaging and send us a photo when you get in touch, so we can help resolve it and follow up with Australia Post if needed.
